I don't know about you but I have the hardest time finding a casual age appropriate skirt. If they are on the longer side, I look frumpy and if the are on the shorter side I am always worried about showing too much. I have done a quick edit of a few of the skirts that I feel would be great additions to your spring or summer wardrobe. The number one winner is the black double crepe skirt from J Crew. Its on sale for $79.99. It is made very well and is a flattering cut without being clingy. It is a tad on the short side so I will be pairing it with tights and boots or with flat sandals. My second favorite is to the left of the black skirt and its a denim casual skirt from AG. A little on the pricey side, so I will probably try to find something more reasonable like the Old Navy
skirt with the little booties that is pictured below it. The blue skirt with the tennies is the J Crew double crepe skirt in navy blue, just showing how it looks on. The top right is a cute print, also from J Crew. I tried to think out of the box a little since I was coming up dry, but depending upon your age, the "skort" was a very popular item to have. Althea, mostly know for activewear, had these two black skorts that I thought we be great for the summer. They are very reasonably priced and you don't have to worry about flashing your neighbor.
